Damage to vegetarian diet and its benefits

Vegetarians who eat only vegetarian diets have a lower risk of heart disease, but are decomposing to become more vulnerable to stroke, according to research.
The research, published by the English medical journal, included 48,000 people, which were tried for 18 years.
Human dieters benefit from a variety of foods that are healthier for human health, whatever their dietary choice.
The students asked the subjects to talk about their diets when they joined the research in Al-Bida and other times in 2010, highlighting the medical record of physical activity.
Research has generally recorded 2,820 people with coronary heart disease and 1,072 people with stroke, including 300 hemorrhagic strokes, which occur during a weak blood vessel burst with brain hemorrhage.
